The boiler consists of a single-walled pot that causes the water jacket to heat up significantly faster, thus boiling the wort sooner than other equipment.
The still is a crucial tool in several industries, especially in the production of alcoholic beverages and the purification of chemicals. Its design and operation have evolved over the years, with an increasing focus on efficiency and sustainability.
This type of still causes the water jacket (water bath) to heat the must evenly, thus preventing pieces of the must from clinging to the bottom of the boiler, thus preventing damage to the must and releasing the aromas that the must contains.
This equipment has a group of columns in the upper part of the boiler with a deflamer that develops a rectification process that eliminates waste and improves quality and exponentially increases the alcoholic content.
Cooling consists of a tube system that can be developed in INOX (optional copper).
