The design of this product is very unique: an onion-shaped helmet with a narrow column, a slightly inclined connection tube to the condenser, which encourages the vapors to return to the pot, increasing the reflux and purifying the distillate.

- Malting: The grain (usually barley) is germinated and dried to convert the starch into fermentable sugars.
- Fermentation: Sugars are fermented with the addition of yeast to produce an alcoholic liquid called "wash".
- Distillation: The wash is then distilled in the still to concentrate the alcohol and remove impurities.
- Aging: The distillate is placed in barrels to age, which gives it flavor and color.
